1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), profile information, booking and listing data, messages between guests and hosts, and technical data such as your IP address and device type.
2. How we use it
To run the marketplace: processing bookings, verifying hosts, showing approximate listing locations, sending notifications you have opted into, and improving the service.
3. What we never do
We never sell your personal data. Exact property addresses are visible only to the host and to guests with a confirmed booking.
4. Who we share with
Payment and identity verification partners (such as Stripe), and service providers who help us operate the platform, all under data-processing agreements.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to marketing, at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with encryption and access controls.
